Dr. Locastro is a board certified general surgeon who has tailored his practice to almost exclusively treat patients in his office. He is set up with minor ORs in the office, so that he is able to offer colonoscopies under IV sedation, as well as a wide range of minor surgical procedures including removal of moles, cysts, skin tags, skin cancers, and lipomas. He also has a vascular laboratory in which he does evaluation for peripheral artery disease, as veil as venous insufficiency. Dr. Locastro also performs breast biopsies under local anesthesia in the office. We are also pleased to now offer the state of the art hair transplant treatments including micro-follicular unit extraction ( a scalpel free hair transplant treatment) and strip method hair transplant.
